We are a booking connector used by AI agents. We only see what an agent sends us to search or make a reservation.

Who we are

Book Hotels (bookhotelsmcp.com) is operated by Sen Intelligence LLC. Questions: privacy@bookhotelsmcp.com.

What we receive

SearchLocation, dates, guest count, budget, and refundability. Cached 30 minutes so the agent can re-check or hold an offer. Not kept as a longer search history. BookingGuest first name, last name, and email. Phone and special requests, if the agent sends them, go to the supplier and the hotel. We keep the booking record for the stay plus about 13 months. CardPassed through to the supplier or hotel when a rate requires a guarantee. Never written to disk or logs. Responses show last four digits and brand only. TechnicalTimestamps, latency, error codes, and which platform called us. We do not set cookies or advertising identifiers.

Who sees it

The hotel and our supply partner (Nuitée / LiteAPI) — only what is needed to hold and confirm the room.
The agent platform that made the request (for example Meta Muse) receives the booking result. Their own policy governs it from there.
Cloudflare hosts the service, stores booking records encrypted at rest, and may process request metadata such as IP address as part of running the network. We do not use that for advertising or profiling.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

Email privacy@bookhotelsmcp.com with a booking ID (starts with bk_) to access, correct, or delete guest data we hold. We reply within 30 days. This covers rights under California law, GDPR/UK GDPR, and similar statutes. We may keep a booking if the law or the hotel requires it to complete or dispute the stay.

Security

TLS 1.2+ on every request. Card numbers never appear in our store, logs, or tool responses.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18. A booking may include children as guests of an adult; we do not collect children's contact details.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way we will update the date at the top of this page.
