Terms
We transmit reservations to hotels. The hotel provides the room. The cancellation terms shown before booking are the ones that apply.
1. Who we are
Book Hotels (bookhotelsmcp.com) is operated by Sen Intelligence LLC. We provide a booking connector that AI agents use to search, hold, and confirm hotel reservations for a person (the “Guest”).
2. What we do
We transmit reservations to hotels through our licensed supply partner, Nuitée (LiteAPI). We are not the hotel and are not responsible for the property, its services, or its staff. The accommodation contract is between the Guest and the hotel.
3. Prices
Prices are live supplier rates. Each offer says whether taxes and fees are included. A price is locked only for the length of a hold, currently 15 minutes, and only to the extent the supplier supports a hold — the hold response says whether the room itself is guaranteed or only the quoted price. A changed price is never booked silently. Where a guarantee card is required, the hotel or supplier holds it under its own rate terms. Where we charge directly, the charge appears as BOOKHOTELSMCP.COM.
4. Cancellation
Each offer states whether it is refundable and until when. Those terms are binding. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded. Date changes are a cancellation plus a new booking. Where a supplier cannot cancel programmatically, we return the confirmation number and property contact so the Guest or their agent can cancel directly.
5. Agent bookings
By letting an AI agent use this connector, the Guest authorizes it to book on their behalf within the limits they gave it. We act on what the agent sends us and cannot verify the Guest’s instructions to their agent.
6. Duplicates
Bookings are keyed on an idempotency identifier the agent supplies. A repeat request with the same identifier returns the original booking. Duplicates caused by different identifiers for the same intent are subject to the rate’s cancellation terms.
7. Seller of Travel
Several U.S. states, including Florida, require Seller of Travel registration to sell lodging. Book Hotels is not yet registered. Registration numbers will be posted here when they are issued. California’s Seller of Travel law does not apply to hotel-only bookings.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount we received for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the hotel’s failure to provide the room or services.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are heard in a court of competent jurisdiction.
